Laura Stoyle & The Food & Drink Academy

Having been in the hospitality for my whole life I knew that this was the job for me. I did a degree in Hospitality Business Management to enable me to develop my knowledge of the industry further.

After joining Shire Hotels I knew this was the company where I would stay. Doing the Food & Drink Academy will enable me to develop my knowledge & skills even further. The WEST-training exam is one of the most beneficial components of the Academy for my development.

I am looking forward to working with new people and gaining even more knowledge of the industry.

I am excited to progress with Shire Hotels and cannot wait until the Graduation in France at Louis Roederer Champagne House.
